Is my lip piercing infected?

Ok, so I had my aunt pierce my lip 2 days ago, because she does piercings well, my lip is pretty swallowen, and it still kinda hurts , plus, I have a lip ring stud & its like caving into my lip on the inside, is that normal? Please help, && let me know if I have an infection or some sort.
