Does anyone else notice a similarity between these movies?

Frantic starring Harrison Ford and Unknown starring Liam Nisson. In both someone's existence is doubted (Harrison's wife and Liam's existence all together). Both seek the help of a girl who has a questionable night job (both of which wear a lot of black and studs), it takes place in a foreign nation, both are being tracked by some sort of bad guys, both protagonists are doctors, and both girls wear red toward the end. There is also a scene in both movies where both protagonists are taken to a club with the girls. Am I the only one seeing this? Sorry if I missed anything, I'm actually still watching Unknown.
